St. Joseph Hospital has signed a Letter of Intent to sell the hospital to Triad Hospitals, Inc., in partnership with physicians on the hospital’s medical staff.
Triad Hospitals, Inc., (www.triadhospitals.com) owns and manages hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers in small cities and selected larger urban markets. Triad currently operates 51 hospitals and 12 ambulatory surgery centers in 16 states with approximately 9,400 beds. In addition, it provides consulting, education, resources and management services to hospitals and health systems throughout the United States.

Founded in 1952, St. Joseph Hospital (www.stjosephhospital.org) is dedicated to extending the work of Christ through healthcare services.
