Georgia Public Service Commission grant to help low income gas customers with bills

Natural gas prices for some low-income people in Georgia will soon go down.

Today the Georgia Public Service Commission approved a plan to help some with their heating bills.

The grant sends $5.1 million to low-income seniors and another $3 million to low-income people no matter the age.

You can only qualify for the money if you're an Atlanta Gas Light customer.
