Streets have reopened after the Richmond County bomb squad detonated a suspicious package.

Traffic was backed up downtown for close to three hours Wednesday afternoon as Greene Street was blocked off at the corner of Monument Street.

But now things are flowing again.

Deputies X-rayed a briefcase before blowing it up.

The items inside were later found to be a calculator and some batteries.
