Danny Thomas, Robert Garnder and Telly Garnder appeared in Judge Fleming's court today. Police say the men chased down and shot Tyrone Ramsey, deacon of Poplar Springs Baptist Church, four times.
Ramsey died later at MCG.
One other individual was injured in the shooting.
