Darius Rucker will perform today at Wild Bill’s in Duluth.

AUGUSTA, Ga-- Darius Rucker will return to Augusta to preform as a solo artist at this year's Drive For Show, Rock Fore! Dough concert that benefits the First Tee of Augusta.
The 7th annual concert and fundraising event is held every year during Masters Week. This year, the concert will take place on Tuesday, April 5, 2011. Rucker has played at Rock Fore! Dough four times in the past as a member of Hootie and The Blowfish. This will be his first time as the headlining act.
According to the News Release from the First Tee of Augusta:
As a country artist, Darius Rucker saw his first single land atop the country charts. This achievement was followed by the release of his first album, Learn to Live, debuting at number one. Fans of Rucker weren't surprised with his solo career's success and were thrilled when his sophomore album, Charleston, SC 1966 was released in late 2010. The first single, Come Back Song, promptly reached the number one spot on the charts.
"Augusta fans have embraced Rock Fore! Dough, and over the years it has become a Masters Week tradition to listen to great music on the stage in the middle of The First Tee of Augusta's driving range. Having Darius back on that stage will be a homecoming the crowd is sure to enjoy. " says the First Tee.
Tickets for Drive for Show, Rock Fore! Dough VII will go on sale Saturday, February 26 at TicketAlternative.com, all area Kroger locations and at The First Tee of Augusta.
Advance tickets are $25 and tickets will be $35 the day of the show.
VIP tables and tickets, which include food, beer and wine in a reserved section will be available for purchase at The First Tee of Augusta. Reserved tables seating 8 are $1500 and individual, non-seated tickets are $175 each.
All proceeds from Drive for Show, Rock Fore! Dough support The First Tee of Augusta, the Augusta chapter of The First Tee Network. Over the past six years the annual Rock Fore! Dough concerts have raised over $450,000 for the First Tee of Augusta.
