AUGUSTA, Ga.---It's one of the hottest tickets around...a ticket to the midnight showing of "The Twilight Saga: New Moon."
"New Moon" is the second installment of Stephanie Meyer's Twilight Series.
Hordes of starry-eyed teens and moms and even a couple of guys lined up outside the Regal 20 theater Thursday night to be among some of the first to see the vampire flick in Augusta.
"We're really excited to see the New Moon movie. We've been waiting a whole year for it," said Aleena Henadrick.
"We're playing hookey tomorrow and out here to have a good time with our daughters," she added.
"That's right not going to school tomorrow," her daughter said.
Getting tickets for this weekend may be difficult as well. According to Fandango, "New Moon" has sold more advance tickets than any other movie in Fandangos history.
