On August 3rd deputies responded to a call of a possible burglary at the Pine Place Subdivision. Deputies thought 15 year old Kyvan James could be a suspect. Turns out -- no crime was committed -- but the teen ran from deputies -- and ended up in the hospital after being beaten with a flash-light.
