Arrest made after man shot in elbow at Aiken park

Posted: 02/18/2013 - A 20-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly shooting someone from his car at an Aiken park. Officers were called to a shooting at River Bluff Park on Sunday night, which is when they found the victim with a gunshot wound in the elbow.
