Trial date set for 10-year-old accused of killing father's girlfriend

BURKE COUNTY, Ga. -- The trial dates for a 10-year-old boy accused of murder have been set.
He will be facing a juvenile judge on July 26 and 27th.
The 10-year-old is accused of shooting and killing his father's girlfriend, Jennifer Albright, back in December.
Investigators say he is incarcerated at the Augusta RYDC and is currently the youngest inmate there.
