HEPHZIBAH, Ga. -- The suspects accused of killing a man at a home on Keron Way made their first appearance in court Friday morning.
The bond hearing for Joseph Leon Guerrero Jr. and Leslie Blair was referred to a superior court judge.
News 12's photographer who was in the courtroom said Blair was very emotional in court.
The two are accused of killing 48-year-old Michael Wickert, who was found dead in a bathtub with head injures at a home on Keron Way Wednesday morning.
Both suspects were arrested Wednesday night. Leon Guerrero was charged with murder and theft by taking motor vehicle and Blair was charged with murder.
Wickert’s car, a white 1987 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 Iroc Z edition, is still missing. The car has T-tops, low-profile tires and a sticker on the rear glass that says "Bad boys drive bad toys." The Georgia license plate number is BIR3427.
