RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW) -- The man accused of killing three family members is set to undergo a mental evaluation.
Ryan Jones was supposed to have a bond hearing on Friday, but it was postponed after the Public Defender's Office presented a petition asking for a mental evaluation for Jones.
Judge Sheryl Jolly approved the request.
The evaluation will take about 90 days.
Investigators say Jones say shot his parents and brother and burned their bodies in the woods last month.
