AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The second suspect in last Friday's brutal attack on Augusta's Riverwalk hasn't just been named -- he's behind bars.
As the search continues for Kevin Richardson, Robey Moses is in custody in Newberry, S.C., and Richmond County investigators are there conducting interviews. Moses is charged with two counts of robbery by force and aggravated assault.
Moses and Domonique Hale were also identified in another aggravated assault on Broad Street. That crime happened the night before the Riverwalk attack.
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office credits the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division Fugitive Task Force, the Newberry Police Department and the Newberry Sheriff’s Department with the apprehension of both Moses and Hale.
