UPDATE: Arrest made in fatal Gordon Highway accident

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A woman has been arrested for her role in a fatal accident on Gordon Highway last week.
Toni Lorraine Akiti has been charged with misdemeanor homicide by vehicle and failure to yield while turning left.
Moises Santiago-Rodriguez, 24, died after colliding with Akiti's vehicle.
Investigators say Akiti was trying to make a left turn on North Leg Road in her SUV and collided with the motorcyclist, who was driving southbound.
The driver had children in the car, but they are said to all be OK.
