ATLANTA -- CBS Atlanta is reporting that a missing 5-year-old boy has been found.

A Levi's Call was issued for Ivan Montesinos III on Friday morning out of Habersham County.

CBS Atlanta says the boy is OK and was returned to his mother.

CLARKESVILLE, Ga. (AP) -- Authorities in the northeast Georgia County of Habersham have issued a Levi's Call in their search for a missing 5-year-old boy who is believed to be in danger.

Authorities have issued an amber alert for 5-year-old Ivan Montesinos III early Friday morning.

He is described as 4 feet tall, 42 pounds, with blue eyes and short brown hair.

Authorities say he was last seen Thursday morning.

They believe he may be with a man, whose relationship to the child is not clear at this time.
