NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW) -- The North Augusta Department of Public Safety is looking to question someone in an exploitation of a vulnerable adult case.
The victim, who is said to be handicapped and incapable of making financial decisions, was befriended by the suspect in Augusta and brought to the Verizon store in North Augusta.
The victim then gave all of his identifying information to store employees so the suspect could buy a phone.
Investigators say the suspect has used the victim's identity multiple times to buy phones in other areas.
