Missing Aiken Co. sex offender found near SC coast

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. -- A missing sex offender is back in jail after being found near Myrtle Beach.
Aiken County deputies say Myrtle Beach police officers arrested Andrew James Harrelson on Sunday.
He is currently staying in the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Conway, S.C., awaiting extradition.
We first told you about Harrelson early last week. The Sheriff's Office says they found his Harrelson's GPS monitor, as well as some of his personal items, in the trash can at the Race Track gas station at 2664 Columbia Highway in Aiken.
