AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A Tennessee man was arrested inside the gates of Augusta National on during Wednesday's practice round.
52-year-old Larry Patrick Craft of Lyles, Tennessee is being charged with one count of Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer and one count of Criminal Trespass.
Wednesday morning, deputies say Craft was using aggressive behavior toward patrons enter the Masters at Gate 6 on Berckmans Road.
They say Craft remained on Augusta National property after being asked to leave.
Deputies say that's when Craft became argumentative stating he "was not going to leave".
When deputies attempted to take Craft into custody, they say he began resisting arrest, becoming aggressive towards deputies.
Craft was taken to the ground, arrested, and taken to jail.
Craft is now out on bail and denies any wrongdoing.
