Richmond Co. man wanted for failing to register as a sex offender

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Investigators are looking for a man accused of failing to register as a sex offender.

The Richmond County Sheriff's Office says 31-year-old Fredrick Collins did not report for his annual registration and change his address. He is known to frequent the 2800 block of Thomas Lane.

Collins is described as a black male with brown hair and brown eyes and is 6 feet tall.
