AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. -- A man wanted on five charges of attempted murder turned himself in on Thursday afternoon.
Devin Washington, 18, allegedly got into an altercation with one of the victims on July 1 on Swamp Road in Beech Island. During the incident, investigators say Washington fired multiple shots. The shots did not hit any of the victims but did hit the home on the property.
Washington is considered to be armed and dangerous.
