LINCOLNTON, Ga. (WRDW)-- Officers are investigating a late night incident after one person was cut on the face.

According to Sheriff Bruce Beggs, the incident happened around 11 p.m. in the parking lot of the Rec Complex off Rowland York Rd Friday night. He says there appeared to be a gathering there after their Friday night football game.

The victim has been identified as Austin Dockery. He was taken to the hospital but has already been released.

There are no suspects at this time. However, the Sheriff did mention two others, Richard Banks and Chris Mariney, were arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Investigators don't know if they had any involvement to the man who was cut on his face.

Sheriff Beggs says they've never had an incident like this at the Rec Center, but he plans to request increased patrols around all recreation complexes after this.
