AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- A man is facing charges after allegedly causing a disturbance at Friday's Relay for Life at South Aiken High School.
Witnesses say 18-year-old Mikal Sturdivant was swearing loudly during the moment of silence for cancer victims.
Officers say Sturdivant had to be escorted out and that's when he became unruly and was taken to the ground and handcuffed.
Sturdivant was charged with disorderly conduct.
The incident was one of many that officers say happened on the track and in the nearby parking lot that night.
