EMANUEL COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW) -- A man wanted for failing to register as a sex offender has been arrested.
DeChane Shamik Jones, 21, was arrested in East Dublin by the U.S. Marshals' Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Laurens County Sheriff's Office. The Emanuel County Sheriff's Office and the Swainsboro Police Department also assisted with the arrest.
Investigators say Jones was also wanted for probation violations.
Jones is being held at the Emanuel County Sheriff's Detention Center and will be held without bond until his court appearance.
