AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- A man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself at an Aiken apartment complex earlier this month.

The incident happened April 16 at the Glendale Terrace Apartments on York Street.

An apartment employee says she was in her office when 50-year-old Malik Qadir Shakur exposed and fondled himself.

The victim says she told Shakur he was not supposed to be on the property and that he was being caught on video surveillance, but she says Shakur stayed and continued to expose himself.

Shakur was later arrested on indecent exposure charges.
