The Sheriff's Office says Dukes targeted empty residences that were either for rent or for sale.

Investigators say he would strip copper plumbing pipes and wires, causing thousands of dollars in damage at each property.

The following addresses were allegedly targeted by Dukes:

  • 2476 Coleman Avenue
  • 2478 Coleman Avenue
  • 2480 Coleman Avenue
  • 2307 Tudor Drive

Dukes is charged with four counts of first-degree burglary.

Investigators say Dukes is connected to three other residential burglaries along Grand Boulevard, but charges are still pending in those incidents.
