GROVETOWN, Ga. -- The man deputies say sucked a Grovetown teen's toes will not be charged.
Deputies say the teen agreed to allow Joey Leaphart to suck her toes, and since she consented, he will not be charged.
The incident happened at a Walmart in Grovetown last month.
Deputies say Leaphart asked the girl if she wanted to be on "America's Funniest Home Videos" and if he could take a picture of her foot. She thought it was all a joke, so she agreed to it.
Leaphart is a registered sex offender.
