Man accused of holding pizza delivery woman at gunpoint

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A man is behind bars after allegedly holding a pizza delivery woman at gunpoint.

The victim says she knocked on the door to 3012 Alene Court on Sunday around 2 p.m. to deliver a pizza when the suspect, 21-year-old Jamie Miller, opened the door and pointed a silver handgun at her.

She says Miller told her to get inside and lie down on the floor, which is when Miller tied her hands and feet with duck tape, telling her he would kill her if she didn't stay down.

According to the incident report, Miller took $20 from the victim before leaving the home.

The victim was able to get out of the duck tape and was able to call police.

Miller was arrested on Tuesday and charged with armed robbery, kidnapping and possession of a firearm or knife during a crime.
