AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A man is wanted in Richmond County for failure to register as a sex offender.
Tony Oliphant is accused of not notifying the Sheriff's Office about his new address.
Oliphant is a 41-year-old black male with black hair and brown eyes, about 5'9" tall, approximately 190 pounds.
His last known address was on the 1600 block of Central Avenue.
