Investigators offering reward for information on Marks Church Road fires

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- After multiple fires at the same abandoned church on Marks Church Road, investigators are looking for answers.

According to a news release from the Georgia Department of Insurance, Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner Ralph Hudgens is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information.

The abandoned church first caught fire on Wednesday. News 12 was on the scene after flames erupted yet again on Thursday.

There is no word on the causes of the fires at this time.
