Investigators seeking suspect in car break-in, credit card theft

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The Richmond County Sheriff's Office is working to identify the thief who took broke into a car and stole credit cards.

The break-in happened on Jan. 9 around 10 p.m. on the 3000 block of Washington Road.

Later that night, the stolen credit cards were used at the Raceway on Deans Bridge Road.

The pictures of the suspect who used the cards is attached to this story as a slideshow. The black male was wearing a black T-shirt, black slacks and a black nit cap at the time of the incident.
