Search is on for women accused of using counterfeit checks

EVANS, Ga. (WRDW) -- Investigators are looking for two women who they say used eight counterfeit checks at the Evans Target on May 22.

The two women allegedly bought two iPod Touches and six prepaid Visa credit cards using the checks, totaling over $1,300.

The Columbia County Sheriff's Office says the women were spotted in a dark-colored SUV.
