AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Indictments for drug charges have been handed down for a husband and wife from Richmond County.
Steven Gebhart, 31, and Roxann Gebhart, 39, were arrested after deputies say they found illegal drugs inside their car. Investigators say they then went to search their home on Windsor Spring Road and found more illegal drugs and paraphernalia.
Mrs. Gebhart allegedly had a bag of methadone on her at the time of her arrest and was indicted for felony possession of a controlled substance. Gebhart worked as a nurse through Correct Care Solutions at the Charles B. Webster Detention Center.
Mr. Gebhart was indicted on four counts of sale of methamphetamine, sale of marijuana, sale of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance. All are felony charges.
