ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- A lawyer for George Zimmerman says he's "very happy to be out."

The neighborhood watch leader who's facing a second-degree murder charge in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin was released from jail today for a second time, after a judge yesterday granted a $1 million bail, with strict conditions.

Although Zimmerman was allowed to leave Florida the last time he was released on bail, that's not the case this time. He can't even leave the county.

He'd been released on $150,000 bond in April, but the judge revoked it last month after prosecutors presented evidence that Zimmerman and his wife had misled the court about how much money they had available.

The judge yesterday accused Zimmerman of making plans to flee the country to avoid prosecution.

Today, as he left jail, Zimmerman jumped into an SUV, ignoring shouted questions from nearby reporters.

In addition to staying in Seminole County, Zimmerman has to be electronically monitored. He can't open a bank account, obtain a passport or set foot on the grounds of the local airport. And he has an all-night curfew.
