Former Richmond Co. investigator indicted on rape charges

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A former Richmond County investigator has been indicted on rape charges..
David Dutton is also charged with aggravated sexual battery, unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance and making false statements.
Dutton was released on a $25,000 bond back in December.
Investigators say Dutton forced a woman to have non-consensual sex. The woman says she found out about the encounter when she discovered pictures and video of the incident on Dutton's cellphone.
