AUGUSTA, Ga. -- Two suspects have been arrested in the murder of a 65-year-old man on Tuesday.
Investigators say 15-year-old Ronnie Pontoon and Seth Rouzan were trying to rob Joseph Williams Jr. when they shot him.
Williams was shot Tuesday afternoon on 1st Street. An ambulance took him to the hospital where he later died.
Pontoon was taken to the Regional Youth Dentention Center and is charged with armed robbery and murder.
Rouzan was taken to the Richmond County Jail and is charged with murder.
