COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. -- A man is in the hospital recovering after being shot three times on Evans to Locks Road on Monday night.

Robert Donnell Hobbs has been named as a suspect. The second suspect has not been identified at this time.

The victim, Julian Bell, said he was arguing with two unknown males at the basketball court on Wedgewood Park Apartments. He then left the apartments and parked on the 4000 block of Evans to Locks Road, which is when he said the two black males approached him and fired shots into his car.

The victim was shot three times: once in the abdomen and twice in his left thigh.

The shooting was called in around 11:15 p.m. Monday.
