Robert Donnell Hobbs and Joquel Tre'Shon Downs are wanted for armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

The victim, Julian Bell, said he was arguing with two unknown males at the basketball court on Wedgewood Park Apartments. He then left the apartments and parked on the 4000 block of Evans to Locks Road, which is when he said the two black males approached him and fired shots into his car.
