Blackville police officer arrested for DUI

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. -- A Blackville police officer is out of a job after being arrested for DUI in another county.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol charged 25-year-old Russell Edward Zorn with first offense DUI, less than .10 and open liquor.
Zorn was picked up Saturday night in Aiken and is currently out on bond.
News 12 talked to Blackville Police Chief John Holston, who calls this "a regretful situation."
Holston says Zorn, who is the son of former Barnwell County Sheriff Joey Zorn, has been discharged from his duties at the police department.
