Augusta man wanted for failure to register as sex offender
Monday, Feb. 11, 2013
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Investigators are looking for a sex offender who they say failed to notify them when he moved.
Victor Montrez Buggs, whose last known address was 2907 Heartwood Street, is a 23-year-old black male. Buggs has black hair and brown eyes and is 5'9" and approximately 160 pounds.
Buggs is known to frequent the Fairington subdivision.
