AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- An Augusta man has been acquitted after an argument with his roommate over stinky feet got physical.

Crawford Jackson, 62, was charged with aggravated assault.

Jackson's former roommate, Darryl Harris, testified that Jackson repeatedly poked him in the stomach with a pocket knife back in June.

Harris was left with a minor wound and Jackson cut his hand.

On Thursday, a judge found that the knife was not used as a deadly weapon and cleared Jackson of the charges.
