COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. -- The results are in, and two people have been charged in what may have been the biggest spice bust ever in Columbia County.
The bust was made back in July when investigators seized approximately 300 bags of the suspected substance from the Pumpkin Center in Harlem. Investigators had to do testing on the materials before they could charge anyone involved.
Young Ju Kim and Hyun Su Kim have been arrested in connection to the bust.
Investigators say the illegal substance, a synthetic form of marijuana, was being sold at the convenience store. They recovered approximately 855 grams from the store and 2,900 grams from inside the couple's home.
