GRANITEVILLE, S.C. (WRDW) -- A man has been arrested in connection to a strong-armed robbery at Taylor Automotive on Tuesday afternoon.
The victim says a man came in around 3 p.m. and asked to use the phone. According to the incident report, the man sat down and later returned to working on a car in the front parking lot.
Later on that day, the victim says he found the man behind the counter. After checking the register, the victim says money was missing.
When he confronted the suspect about it, he says the suspect started acting funny and started patting his pockets, removing a black handgun and placing it on the ground before walking out of the office.
Michael Jerome Lewis Jr. was identified as the suspect and was later arrested.
