AUGUSTA Ga. (WRDW) -- An arrest has been made after in connection to a shooting at an Augusta apartment complex on Jan. 9.
Ceon Ulmer, 27, was taken into custody without incident on Monday morning.
Investigators say his father called the Sheriff's Office and said Ulmer wanted to turn himself in. The suspect sand his father then met Sheriff Richard Roundtree at the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.
Ulmer is facing aggravated assault, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and weapons charges.
Deputies say the victim, Xavier Lamar Robinson, was shot in the elbow.
