Aiken man charged with inappropriately touching minor at Walmart

AIKEN, S.C. -- An Aiken man is behind bars for allegedly touching a child inappropriately at a Walmart.

David Nowak is accused of touching a minor at the Whiskey Road store.

The victim says Nowak stopped her on the way to restroom and put his hand on her thigh and then made an inappropriate gesture.

Nowak is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
