AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW) -- An Aiken man was arrested on Sunday morning after allegedly cursing at a dispatch operator.

According to the incident report, Tony Brown called dispatch and said, "Y'all better get your God d***** a**** down here in five minutes."

The dispatch operator asked Brown what his address was, which he gave before hanging up the phone.

Deputies arrived at Brown's home and asked him about the incident, to which they say Brown admitted to making the call.

When a deputy asked him what the problem was, Brown allegedly moved toward the deputy and asked the deputy to "lick this off my hand."

According to the incident report, the deputy moved back, which is when Brown wiped ketchup on the deputy's uniform.

Brown is facing charges of unlawful use of a telephone involving profanity. He was taken to the Aiken County Detention Center.
