AIKEN, S.C. -- Aiken Public Safety officers are searching for a suspect after he allegedly held a box cutter to a woman's neck and resisted arrest.
Officers say they responded to a call on Dupont Drive Thursday night in reference to Desi Nash holding a box cutter to a woman's neck after a fight over buying alcohol.
When officers arrived, they ordered Nash to put his hands up and get on the ground, but they say he made a sudden movement so they used a Taser gun on him. According to an incident report, Nash pulled the Taser off of his body and ran from officers.
Nash is wanted on charges of criminal domestic violence, kidnapping and resisting arrest.
Investigators believe Nash may be in the Aiken, North Augusta or Augusta area.
If you have any information on Nash, call Aiken Public Safety at (803) 642-7620.
