2-year-old found, suspect arrested after AMBER Alert issued

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. -- A missing 2-year-old out of Summerville, S.C., has been found.
Haley Renae Briggs was believed to have been taken by 19-year-old Megan Marie Briggs.
Briggs was arrested on Thursday in connection to the case.
