ATLANTA, Ga.---For the second time, an Augusta man has had a murder conviction overturned, this time for prosecutor error.
Today the Georgia Supreme Court ordered a new trial for Lorenzo "Little Dex" Lindsey, who was convicted of killing a witness who testified against him in his first murder trial.
In that case, Lindsey was convicted of killing 83-year-old Rosa Barnes, known as "Big Mama", as she slept in her home on 8th Avenue in 1997.
Lindsey's conviction in that case was also overturned, and he was acquitted at a second trial.
