Young teen arrested for home burglary

June 29, 2007

AUGUSTA, Ga.---14-year-old Li'Tony Deundrell Harvey of Apple Valley Drive was arrested today and charged with burglary. He's accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of items from a Williams Drive home Saturday afternoon (June 23).

Harvey admitted to being involved. He is being detained at the Youth Detention Center.

Investigators are hopeful they will recover the stolen items.

    I have known li tony since birth and I had noticed that he became a runaway child,he wasnt getting any love at home so i guess this is what it led to.I hope that the victims recover they merchandise, forgive tony and hopefully his mother can start showing him some love.

    I am so thankful to the police department for the fast results for this family and so sad at the same time that another child has done wrong. I hope the family recovers their things. I hope this 14 year old will be held appropriately accountable.
