NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW) -- A grand jury in Columbia has indicted two people from North Augusta for Social Security fraud.
Pat Joseph Carroll, 55, and Courtney Ann Carroll, 27, were also indicted on theft of government funds.
If convicted, they could receive a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.
The United States Social Security Administration investigated the case.
