STANLY CTY, N.C.---The 76-year-old some care calling the "black widow" is back in Stanly County, North Carolina. She was driven there early today.

Betty Neumar was arrested for hiring someone to kill her fourth husband 22 years ago.

In court this morning, a judge set bond at $500,000.

The district attorney told the judge there are two witnesses who were either approached by Neumar or heard her attempt to hire a hit man in 1986.
